As I mentioned before, you could be that lucky player who picks up a Q without a U. These cases are extreme and can be frustrating. Our minds seem unable to create Q words lacking U. But, here are some words to use in these particularly difficult times.
These are especially useful, because there are only so many U's in a Scrabble set (4), so your chances of getting a Q without a U is greater than you would think. Therefore, memorize the words above for sure, to increase you Scrabble options. Should you not know what the majority of these Q words mean, take a look at a dictionary, so you are a well-informed Scrabble player. There is nothing worse than playing a Scrabble word and growing ecstatic over your points, only to be told by your fellow competitors that you do not have a real word and, unless you can prove the definition, you won't receive the points.
